All done.

All the students had to make three different meringues. To learn the different techniques of warm whipped, cold whipped and "boiled" meringue. All the meringues dried in the oven over night. The day after the meringues where packed in bags and sold in the schools market-place.

  3. It would be a benefit having such big drying spaces. Did you sell them all and how expensive were they? I can just see tiny sparkles of meringue crumbs dusting the floors or grounds? Marvellous initiative and would help pay got some ingredients at least!

    1. The products that the students produce are most of the time sold in the schools market-place. But sometimes the students may bring some of it home.
The price depends on for example size of the product or the quantity.
