This photo shows a brownie base with chocolate truffle on top. The students got the task to decorate the pieces with chocolate buttercream, chocolate decorations and blueberries. The buttercream was left over from a class the day before. They whipped the cream and practiced piping technique.
Looks really nice!! getting hungry here!! I can guess it is very easy to eat a lot of suger then...

ReplyDeleteThese look extremely rich and delicious. Also nice and thrifty recycling the butter cream into new skills learning opportunities. Amazingly sweet also - and I agree with Sanna about there always being room for sweets. I am already a large person but if I worked at your school, I would be off the chart! Lovely pictures.
