The day before yesterday the students in second degree made cinnamon buns for an order. The order where on 220 pieces of cinnamon bun so we got a lot to do, because they where just 4 students the other one got ill:( But they did a good work and in the end of the day we try the bun to see if they where good;) In the picture here they paint brushes eggs on the buns and then granulated sugar before they are going into the oven.

    1. Oh, is it so. Well, at least you have a small group to teach. :D Do you find it easier or harder to teach a smaller class?

    2. Hi Sanna I think it is easier to teach a small group. They are all very interest to, so they have time to learn really much:) And I have time to show them:)))

  6. Many years ago we had a Swedish exchange student here for a year and she made cinnamon buns for us. I LOVED them and especially loved the way the whole house was scented with cinnamon. I looked for them in Sweden when I was there two years ago but no luck. Anna was a great cook and although she was 16, she was determined to open a restaurant. She did and it was very successful but much tougher than she thought so she sold it and is now a mother of two little girls and teaches pre-school.
