Today at the lesson with the class in second degree we made a cake for Halloween. The student likes it a lot and get very satisfied with it. We put it into our school café for decorate.
Hi Henrik, it is marzipan outside the cake and inside it`s styrofoam...It´s a showcake:) Whe have a lesson in modeling marzipan ghost, pumpkins and spiders for halloween and then we make a cake to put them on.
Halloween is very popular here but I have not seen cakes like this here - what fun. Do people dress up and do 'Trick or treat". We live at the edge of a small town called Coolamon so we only had two girls come and visit and we gave them some chocolate bars. Imagine if we had a cake like this - wow!
Is the cake made of marzipan or is it sugerpaste? is it some kind of flavour in the cake?

DeleteDoes the school take cake orders? And if so, do you get a lot of orders of special cakes like that in the picture?

ReplyDeleteYes, the kids dress up and do "trick or treat" I live in a small village to, so it was not as many as came past here either....
