Braiding on schedule

Hello my name is Louise and I work at a secondary school in Uddevalla a small city 10miles northward  from Gothenburg along the west coast. I like really good! Another day we trained ourselves in making various kinds of braids. This is a braid with four lengths and we call it "snoddas"

  1. Hi Louise! How do you teach them to braid a Snoddas. Because I have encountered a few different ways to teach this specific bread.

  2. Hi Louise! Are your students mainly from Uddevalla area? How is the labour market in your region at the moment? Will your students all get jobs when they finish their education?

  3. Love the braided breads. The trick is to not let them get dry isn't it? My daughter made bagels yesterday - the part where you put them in simmering water before baking is complex. I have not tried Snoddas - looks like a white flour bread?

  6. Hi Camilla, yes the students are from Uddevalla and within a radius in 5miles. I think they can get a job but some of them has to move to a bigger town.

  10. Have you even thought about maybe do a flipped classroom with the braiding? You show on you tube and then during classtime, you can go around and help out? or maybe you have a lot of time to help out already?
