This is the first year´s students making some salad dish with serrano ham and blackberry sauce. Marinated salmon dish with dill and mustard sauce.

    What is the blackberry sauce made of, besides the blackberries.

    Mixed and sifted blackberries, honey, balsamico vinegar, olive oil. Spice it with salt and pepper.
