Photo 3

Here is the results of a days work by the students. 
In Sweden it's called Budapest pastry.
It is meringue with hazelnuts. Filled with cream and mandarin.

    1. the meringue is "Cold whipped" and you ad hazelnuts and cornflour.

  3. This one look really nice!! This is one of my favorite and the best is when you made them it used to be some ends you can taste;)
