The school! Ester Mosessons high school at Lindholmen in Gothenburg.

This is the fabulous school where I worked during my teaching practice. The school was founded in 1928 and was the first restaurant high school in Gothenburg.

I followed my mentor when he had his bakery classes but I also tagged along when he had meetings at workplaces where his pupils did their internship. I participated in other teachers classes just to see how they taught and their communication with the pupils as well as their personal touch. This was really evolving and will help me on my way to develop my own teaching style.

My name is Sanna and I live in Gothenburg. I´m working as a pastry chef and have done it for several years. For a long time I thought about educate me further so I started studying to become a vocational teacher, mainly in bakery and patisserie.
